The aim of this service
is to help members of the community avoid homelessness by providing
appropriate accommodation. The centre currently has 25 fully furnished,
single rooms.

Priority is given to the elderly and
homeless people from the Yemeni community. Many improvements have
been made to the accommodation in view of the extra demand for single
room accommodation.
The services provided include the
daily cleaning of shared facilities, counselling and general support
such as doctor and hospital appointments, interpreting and form
filling.
Part of our service is to continually
improve our facilities. This year we have redecorated part of the
accommodation, replaced many items of furniture and have also fitted
a new heating system.
The residents have access to the facilities
of the centre which include a mosque, shop, library and educational
and cultural programmes.
