Amanah Day Nursery holds Graduation & Attendance Ceremony 2016
19 July 2016
The Amanah Day Nursery organised a Graduation and Attendance Ceremony on 13 July 2016, to mark the end of the year and to celebrate what has been achieved by the children over the past year.
The ceremony began with 2 year olds, singing popular nursery rhymes and reciting some Islamic duas they had learnt. The session ended with children being given their certificates by the keyworkers.
This presentation was followed by the Pre-School (3-4 year olds) performance who started by reciting Surah Fatiha and a song. This was followed by them performing a play entitled ‘‘We’re going on a bear hunt’’ and concluded with a recitation of the Arabic alphabet and numbers. The children were given certificates of attendance at the end of their performance.
It was lovely to see the parents who attended in large numbers as it gave a lot of encouragement to the children and the keyworkers.
