A number of businesses are based at the Bordesley Centre where they occupy part of the main building and/or use other facilities in the building to deliver their business services.
In addition there are five small business units that were added during the major refurbishment project that was undertaken in 2006. These Units, which are known as Incubator Units are let out to Small and Medium Enterprises at competitive rents to enable them to establish themselves with affordableand manageable overheads.
